Friday, January 27, 2012 Bid requisitions due to BOCES (diesel, fuel oil, gas, propane).
Friday, February 3, 2012 Bid requisitions due to BOCES (art, construction & institutional paper, teaching aids, general school & office supplies, and envelopes).

Tuesday, April 3, 2012 Initial Public Hearing – 6:00 p.m. Middle/High School Auditorium.
Adopt budget.
Thursday, April 5, 2012 Budget Newsletter to BOCES for printing.
Friday, April 13, 2012 2nd advertisement for Budget Vote.
Budget Notice to BOCES for printing (at least 1 week prior to mail).
Monday, April 16, 2012 Petitions for Board Candidates due by 5:00 p.m. (no later than 30 days prior to Budget Vote).
Friday, April 20, 2012 Final day for proposed 2012-2013 budget to be approved by Board. Board to adopt the Property Tax Report Card by resolution.
Saturday, April 21, 2012 Submit Property Tax Report Card to SED (within 24 hours of Budget Adoption but no later than 24 days prior to the budget vote) and to the Press Republican.
Tuesday, April 24, 2012 Budget Statement and required attachments available in all District buildings, public library and on the District's website (available at least 7 days before Budget Hearing date and at least 14 days before the Budget Vote).
Budget Newsletter mailed (at least 7 days prior to Budget Hearing).
Friday, April 27, 2012 Electronic submission of Administrative Salary Disclosure to SED (within 5 days after preparation).
3rd advertisement for Budget Vote.
Tuesday, May 1, 2012 Official Public Hearing – 6:00 p.m. at Middle/High School Auditorium (7-14 days prior to Budget Vote day. The budget must be presented in 3 components: Administrative, Program, and Capital).
Wednesday, May 2, 2012 Budget Notice mailed to all District residents (the day after the Budget Hearing but no later than 6 days prior to Budget Vote day).
May 9 – 14, 2012 District Clerk must maintain a list of names of those residents who were given absentee ballot and make such list available for public inspection the five days prior to the annual meeting except Sunday (Public posting no longer required).
Friday, May 11, 2012 4th advertisement for Budget Vote.
Tuesday, May 15, 2012 Official Annual Meeting / Budget Vote / Board election – 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Middle School/High School.
