Parents are requested to call the school when a student is absent or will be tardy. When a student is absent from school or a class, it is the responsibility of the student to make up all work missed.
Students reporting back after an absence must have a note from the parent or guardian giving the dates of the absence and reason for the absence. The attendance laws require these written excuses from home and we must insist they be provided. Written excuses must be kept on file by the school for three years.
Please call the Main Office at 565-5700 to report absences. Absences may also be reported by email, but a written and signed excuse will still be required when the student returns to school.
Parents are asked to contact the Guidance Office by 11:00 a.m. if they wish to request work sent home.
